I am not sure about you guys but I often find that H’s skin gets very rough and dry when I use some brands of wipes, and also on occasions it has looked very red and sore and I feel bad to be using a wipe on this type of skin, so I was very pleased to be given the opportunity to review the Organyc range of products.
A little bit of background for you on the Organyc brand, it was originally founded in Italy in 1947 developing a range of feminine hygiene products with a 100% pure cotton, hypoallergenic product line for women with sensitive skin covering specific niches of the market (hypoallergenic pads and tampons, 100% cotton based, natural, certified organic and biodegradable products) they have continued to grow with the launch in a range for babies, for many years cotton wool has always been trusted to clean a baby’s delicate skin, I didn’t know that cotton crops are subject to very heavy use of hazardous insecticides with traces remaining once the cotton is harvested meaning that raw cotton may be bleached and dyed before being processed into everyday baby care products, this doesn’t sit comfortably with me and cannot be good for such delicate skin.
We have been using the Cotton wool pads and wipes on H for quite a few weeks now with great success, his skin doesn’t seem so rough to the touch and he is happy to wash his own face using the cotton wool pads, I don’t feel like bits are going to come off in his eyes when he uses them too which is a bonus but more importantly you know that you are using a product with the Organyc range that is free from insecticides and chemical treatments. Take a look yourself at the Cotton Wool ranges available.
Yes there is no doubt that you pay more for Organic products as you do for everything organic but it does give you peace of mind about what you are putting on your little ones skin and maybe your own too.
Alongside the baby range you can also purchase natural organic feminine care including sanitary, maternity wear through to Beauty care with the full knowledge that Organyc products do not contain parabens, synthentic ingredients perfumes or SAP (super absorbent polymers), find out more about the Organyc range here.
So I would highly recommend giving the Organyc range a go, especially if you are concerned about what you put on your little ones skin.
