If you are a bit like me I rush my breakfast in the morning and then come 10.30 I am reaching for the biscuits! They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I can understand why, I am bad with my own habits but always try and make H have a good start in the morning as he is always so busy in the day.
Keep-Me-Going is a new cereal which has everything you would want from a breakfast cereal and really does keep you going until lunchtime (no reaching for the biscuits at 10.30!!) I used to find that if I had a bowl of sugary cereal or simply toast in the morning come mid-morning I would be reaching for a snack as I would be feeling really hungry.
Keep-Me-Going is high in fibre, low Gi, Reduced sugar, low in salt and fat. Made from wholegrain barley and oats with a GI below 50 which is similar to traditionally made porridge it really is a nice alternative to keep you going.
The product is aimed at the whole family without including gimmicks such as giveaway toys etc, there is a hidden code on the top flap which if you manage to crack it will take you to an off-menu page on the website with lots more information on codes to crack leading to further pages, great to get the family involved.
H enjoyed Keep Me Going cereal mixed in with his other cereal (a good way to bring the sugar levels down), I am fed up with him eating really sugary breakfast cereals because he is taken in by the packaging rather than the actual content and I am sure many more parents can relate to this too.
The Keep Me Going cereal is available on Ocado , with hopefully the next product in the range Keep Me Strong being launched shortly.
Take a look at the website Keep Me Going for loads more information.
One of my lucky readers can win a couple of boxes of Keep Me Going cereal themselves by entering my Rafflecopter competition below – Good Luck.
Disclaimer – I received Keep Me Going free of charge but all opinions are my own.

I’m running a giveaway for this too. Found it very tasty. You’re so right about packaging. I try to avoid taking the boys food shopping, but it was inevitable that they would end up tagging along during school holiday. And they insisted on a Star Wars branded cereal.
